Isn't there a number you can call for directory assistance? That was the question Ollie asked while thumbing through the pages of a very thick telephone directory. From the sound of her voice and from the frown on her forehead you can tell that she's close to exploding. Her tyrant of a sister just gave her a very lengthy task which ruins not only her plan for the day but also her mood. Her sister gave her a list of outsourced call centres scattered all over the country and her task if to locate the phone number for each and every one of them. Why and what it is for her bossy sister did not say. I feel bad for Ollie she and the girls are supposed to go to the spa today but she has to take a rain check because of this. Her sister would not take no for an answer and all Ollie could do is do as she's asked while cursing her sister, it's tough. I'm lucky I don't have a tyrant sibling.
