Is There an Age Limit to Using EBay or PayPal

Say you have some things you want to sale but are you really old enough to use eBay or PayPal? I'm pretty sure there is a ebay age limit specially in the United States where legal aid without a guardian is 18. In the United States a teenager has to be over the age of 18 to do anything without their parent's signature and consent. I suspect this is what every country that they have an age limit where a teenager can actually buy and sale on eBay and do use a checking account or credit card you have to be of legal age in all countries. The United States to have a credit card or checking account you must be at least 18 without your parents consent so if you buy our sale on eBay and under the age of 18 you will have to have your parent's consent for the transactions. So if you're going to use eBay or PayPal and you are under the age of 18 please make sure your parents gives their consent or eBay will deny you.
